  1. I have a DVD series collection that I am using DVDFab to copy. There are 8 discs, and all have successfully copied except one of them. The disc which did not copy is neither broken, scratched, or smeared. What could the problem be? Is there a way to fix this so that it will copy? I have cleaned the disc already, as well.

    Thanks.

in the upper right hand corner of the dvdfab interface click on the arrow.
click common settings - dvd - pathplayer - disable pathplayer - restart dvdfab and retry the disc again.
see if the disc will now copy.

if the above fails, go back into common settings leave pathplayer disabled and select dvd - dvd protection - uncheck cloud decryption service
restart dvdfab and retry the disc again. to see if it'll copy.

Also. Have you actually played this disk prior to attempting the copy ?

  5. The first step made it to 52% before it stopped copying, and the second did nothing.

do you get any read errors messages from dvdfab ??
go back into common settings - drives - read - click ignore all reading errors automatically restart dvdfab
    and retry the disc again.
