  1. It's been a while since i played blu ray's on my pc. Today i bought a couple and none want to play. Got any hints , i miss something obviously ?

    I'm on win7, power dvd installed, total media theatre 5 (which i used for blu ray's a few years back), monitor with hdcp yadayada

    Updated copy protection.


    Requires, at the very least, updated software. Only PowerDVD Ultra plays Blu Rays not the standard version.

    and AFAIK, TMT is no longer a valid (licensed) playback option. Hasn't been for a few years.

  4. And if they are Blu-ray 4K Ultra HD you need Win10 and a modern CPU.

    because of this I have to use either makemkv before watching or use my uhd bluray player, 2nd option is faster

  6. I have installed power dvd ultra , i could play one BD (BD not recognized) but i can't play the other two. Something's fishy about the decrypting keys i guess. How to get them ?
