  1. Is any "Free Audio Converter Available which support "DTS, E-AC3, AAC, AC3 any many more popular audio format in one GUI ?
I Have "ffmpeg" command line tool but it's very difficult to me to manage audio like "Downmixing" & "Changing Bitrate and formats"

(Also i have "Audacity" but its take more time and CPU for Waveform and using more RAM)

mostly i need to Convert Audio DTS (MKA) to Ac3 and more...
Please guys help me. i'm new here and don't know very much about many softwares !!!

for audio encoding I use mostly AIMP (utilities>audio converter) and foobar2000 (right click on the file and go to convert)

Can't say anything about the dts conversion but LameXp has worked for me for ages, you can also try TAudioConverter, you can use video files as source on both.
I love it when a plan comes together!

I am looking for an Audio Converter that can change the FPS (23.976 to 24.000, etc.) DTS, DTS-HD, DTS-HDMA WITHOUT RECODING IN AC3 AND LOSS OF QUALITY. Is there one?

I do wonder how clever FFmpeg does that without resampling and recoding?

    It's a re-encoding, of course

Still wonder on how it does that.

@ DonSeenu: try eac3to with UsEac3to as GUI. Simple to use, works great.
