I keep getting Read errors occuring at some address. or the program just freezes. I already tried to up the priority of DirectShow on it.
I've tried using Nero for converting too. It just freezes or comes up with an unknown error.
Can anyone help?

Is it doing this with all source material, or just a particular downloaded movie from a nondescript file sharing service? If just some files, what codecs are those files (audio and video) encoded with?

I am trying to convert divx avi's. Justice League cartoons. I have divx 3 and 4 installed. I had 5 installed, but everytime I used Tmpgenc with it, it made my computer reboot everytime I clicked start.
