Help ownloading from Hotstar with youtube-dl.

Hi guys!

I am being able to open and watch Hotstar videos directly with my browser, after asking here for help i was being able to download with @sysanin 's help:

Now his method is not working anymore for the link i post down below since you don't get a m3u8 with the different resolution links (layer 1 up to layer 9 (Full HD) but a .mpd link instead.
If you guys live in india or have a vpn with an indian server any help would be greatly appreciated!
