    I was web surfing when my computer screen turned to static for a split second and than went black. I managed to return to normality by pressing the power button to shut it off and again to turn it back on. What was that about any way? I assume it may happen again.

    Could be anything,psu,power bump,ram going faulty,video card going bad or just a glitch that happens.
