Besides You Tube does anyone know how to create a hotspot on an existing MP4 video(created in Vyond) to link to another webpage?
Thoughts on Storyline, HapYak, Adobe Captivate or Camtasia. Can any of these programs add a hot spot link to an already existing video? Being a newbie I just want to test this capacity and move towards developing interactive videos.

Hotspots do not exist in video files. They exist in the player application.
