Not backing up

Hi all,
Been using VC for years and it's been great and done everything I've thrown at it.
Now I have a disc to back up that when I load the disc it only shows on the small preview screen the 15 second intro and not the full program.

This happens whether I pick "main movie" or "all movies".

It's strange as it does every thing else (both film and series), no problem at all. The dvds in question are all a good few years old.

I don't know if this is anything to do with the latest updates?
