I have a Win7. 64 Bit DeskTop and a CellPhone that Records Audio.
The Audio Format is .opus.
It Says it is 44k for Bit Rate.
But after I Bring it into MediaInfo on my DeskTop it Says Bit Rate 45.5 kbps.
What am I not understanding?

Are you having a problem with this audio? Upload a small sample file
-
Yes, this does seem like déjà vu, and from less than a month ago:

How about you post the settings that you MEANT to use in your encoder app (screenshot), and upload a clip of the file in question, and we can analyze it to see whether something went wrong, or whether things are being misinterpreted.

Here is the Readout in MediaInfor for my Recording
 Format : Opus
 Duration : 5s 297ms
Overall bit rate : 45.5 Kbps
 Channel(s) : 1 channel
 Channel positions : Front: C
 Sampling rate : 48.0 KHz

I go to Upload my Recording to this WebSite and after I Click Brows I see my File is in the Brows Box.
I see nothing that Says Upload so I Click Close Window.
And it takes me Back to this Window Here.

But in my Settings on my Phone I Pick 44k for the Large File Size.
But as you see MediaInfor Says Bit Rate is 45.5 kbps.

I did not know what this was doing?
-
	I Clicked on Upload File.
Then I Click Brows and Open the File.
Then to the Right of the Brows Box it Says Upload and I Click it.

 Then I Click Close Window.

 Am I doing it Wrong?
-
You didn't wait long enough. You have to wait for the "file uploaded" message before closing the dialog.
-
I found out what is happening.

After I Click Brows and Click my File I Click Open.
Then on the File Upload Page I Click Upload.

But this is what MediaInfo Tells me about my File
 Format : Opus
 Duration : 5s 297ms
Overall bit rate : 45.5 Kbps
 Channel(s) : 1 channel
 Sampling rate : 48.0 KHz

I just do not know why Overall bit rate Says 45.5 Kbps when I pick 44k in my Audio Options on my Phone?

Then a screen Tells me Upload Error The File is not Supported.

.opus isn't one of the accepted file types supported by the uploader here. Either mux it into a different container (.mka for example) or zip it up and upload the zip file.
-
Yeah, we understood that, multiple times. Are you gonna post a zipped copy?
And what about the app that you encoded this file with and what settings you used - NOT just how it seemed to end up. Still waiting on that.

You didn't offend me in the least. I guess I should have added a smiley face to my post. My "no" was only meant to mean that I loved reading that book, but this thread is no longer worth clicking on to see the updates, and therefore is unlike "Alice" which was fun to read.
