I've followed links here for DVDFab/HD-Decrypter and MakeMKV, none of which are actually free (I've tried them). Can anyone point me to a blu ray ripper for Windows 10 which really IS free? My target format is mp4, but anything that will play back on Windows 10 would be fine. Quality not a major issue as they're mostly music videos from VHS sources.

DVDFab/HD-Decrypter is free, the paid version has more features
after you use the 30 day free trial, it'll switch to the free version which has it's limits
as to what copy protection it'll remove.
