  1. Is it possible to automatically sync audio to video, especially where the audio is out of sync differently in multiple parts of the video or continuously out of sync?
Alternatively, is it possible to automatically analyze the audio delays in a video and then sync it manually?

  2. Mediainfo shows you the A/V delay, if any.
    Automatically sync doesn't exist.

  3. No, unless the delay is constant. Then you can get pretty close by using a player than can adjust the synch on the fly (MPC-HC, among others).

  4. Tested Mediainfo with a video that has a constant audio delay of 200ms, and it didn't report of any delay.

At least with a constant positive or negative delay, it's easy to fix in mkvtoolnix, avidemix, etc,etc
