The script does degrade the audio to make it sound like a cheap mono VCR.

You can certainly play the script in a media player, such as mpc-hc or mpc-be, or simply load the script
into virtualdub2 and hit the space bar. This will "play" the script showing the audio and the video
the script is serving before any encoding takes place.

Does this played back version sound the same as the new file you created from Virtualdub2?

Sadly, I won't be able to hear it because the audio to my laptop isn't working for some weird reason. But I'll let you know if it does.

And by that, I don't mean the audio sounding just like it's from a VCR. It got completely jacked up and was replaced with loud ear-piercing static.

If you want, you can upload your source file and I'll take a look at it.

How do I do that? Do I just upload the video file after putting it through VirtualDub2 or do I just send you the script?

If the files are not too big, upload three things. Your source file, the script and the output from Vdub

Okay, here you go. Also, I sometimes get worried when people don't respond to me on stuff like this.

I did it for you, the problem was the audio format in the source file was not supported by the script.

Well, what was the audio format and what audio format is needed for the script?

Oi, it was PCM. I should have never used that online AVI converter and instead used a certain video converter I have since it supports AAC.

Oh my gosh! You did fix it! The audio is perfectly fine now! The only complaint I have is that the font at the start is different. But I guess that doesn't matter. What really matters is it's finally done. Thank you so much for helping me. I am really thankful for your help.

If the font is bugging you, take the audio out of mine and add it your own version of the video using MKVtoolnix Gui

I don't care about it. I'm just grateful that you helped me out.

*sigh* Well, I guess it's time we parted ways. It's very heartbreaking to do this, but I might revisit you sometime if I get any other problems that I think you can fix. Well, good day. :')
