AVStoDVD black screen video but audio works

I have a problem with AVStoDVD. The video is just black but the audio is playing fine. I am trying to create dvd from an mp4-file. Attaching the log-file.

Make sure the system can decode the source video properly.
Load the project then select Codecs/build Directshow filters graph

Once the graph has loaded, hit the play button and it should play the video in a window, picture and sound

Have you tried playing the dvd and/or the Video_TS folder on the computer in VLC, mpc-hc or mpc-be ?

I would suggest you upload as an attachment a short sample from that .mp4.


Use avidemux A/B to mark the section and use 'copy' for video and audio with mp4 as output format.


The log does not give much info about the video except it is 50 fps. You can get more info from Title >> View Title info and also preview the title from Title >> Preview Title Output. So both of these will also help. But a short sample will be the most useful.
