I have a subtitle file wigh all subtitles correct but time codes are all wrong ( THey are equi spaced). I have another file with correct time codes but all wrong suctitles ( it has the content OK in everything ). How can I get an srt file without manually inserting one by one.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Depends a bit on whether you have the same number of subtitles in both files but Subtitle Edit has File -> Import time codes ...
