Hls video and audio

It's impossible for me to download this video : https://vk.com/video106047647_171761040 or this one : https://vk.com/video106047647_171761321. I found the m3U audio and video with Stream Detector, but I have always this answer :"invalid data found when processing input".
Any ideas from people with more knowledge than me?

Replace vk_login and vk_password with your credentials,but don't paste them here.
If you get SSL verification failed, add

--no-check-certificate

to the comandline.

If youtube-dl fails for you,try this online one,it seems to be working without any credentials:
https://savevk.com

Just enter the URL there and then click on f.e. "720p" it will export a file out.
