I have a problem with an HBO film I have to translate (avi format) and an English template I need to translate in Bulgarian.
Neither the original nor the translation substitles show in the video and the waveform. Also, the film plays only from the beginning. Clicking on a sub doesn't take you to that position in the video.
I tried converting the file to MP4 but the result is the same.
Any ideas what I can do to make it work?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

One more thing I found out: when I create subtitles from scratch, they are visible. Only the already existing English file and the Bulgarian one produced in translation mode cannot be seen and synced with the video and waveform.
