    So I have OGX files that named OGG and I need fine tool so I can convert them to normal OGG. This OGX is readable by Groove Music but can't be opened in Vegas Pro or some converters. OGG Video Converter can do the job but it's not free. Any advice on fine Audio Converter that can help me? I can use online converter, but I would prefer offline tool.

    ffmpeg appears to support ogx. I've never seen one but try something like:

    Code:
    ffmpeg -i input.ogx output.ogg
    or

    Code:
    ffmpeg -i input.ogx -acodec copy output.ogg
