youtube-dl --playlist-items 2 https://www.staatsoper-hamburg.de/de/stream/cosifantutte.php

my link not work because link as expired. every tot time on /sourcen/xxxxxx.yyyyyyy.mp4
xxxx and yyyyyy value change. so either hurry to download from that link or you need to get a new updated link.
with yt-dl this problem not exists! good for you. bye

Even using the most recent link IDM doesn't download it, but as I said it worked using the --playlist-items command.
