Getting Chapter Times from Blu-Ray

Hey Guys,
I got a recording of a TV Show which comes as bluray format (.M2TS).
Now I want to make some sort of a setlist (making notes, at which time of the movie, what appears).
How can I do this easily?
The Blu-Ray has a Menue with Chapter Markers set. Can I somehow access them, to see where there are?

Yes. If I understand you correctly. BDInfo will show the chapters.
