  1. Hi guys how do I create this nice effect where the moving of the object is nicly getting in but then it also nicely moving back "out" of video?

    If I understood your question correctly, and what little I saw of the clip, it's usually called "ease in" and "ease out" ramping of the animation velocity curves.

  3. It's very simple to do in Vegas by putting the two graphics as events on different tracks and then "animating" the pan/crop for each event.

    I would guess other NLEs also have this ability.

    Yes this kind of "sliding" moving of the objects sorry I don't know how to describe it I'm new to editing
