    I managed to "pass" the geo-blocking with hola VPN, and i've tried to download with youtube-dl, tubedigger, but nothing works
    Tubedigger does not seem to respond the VPN, so the video is geo-blocked...

    Thank you for that information. I have Android 4.3 and have never found an app that would download generic streaming videos. Using above software, I was able to download weekly streaming video from this website:

    I found it takes some time to figure out how to use the app.
