Youtube has an amazing real-time subtitle feature. With many limitations, you can auto-translate a video in any language to another language. Is there local software we can buy that we could feed an MP4 to and get as output a subtitle file? Ideally, you would want the MP4 to be in any language and you would want to be able to create a subtitle file with any language.

You can upload the video to youtube, make it private if needed and when the subs are available download them.
