I have some old non us region DVDs that I want to watch. Unfortunately, I donated my all-region dvd players when I upgraded to blu-ray players. To make my current play region free requires an IR blaster that I don't have.
I can still watch it on my computer, but I want to watch it on my TV and have switchable subtitle, so I ripped the dvd with wonderfox and tried to burn it to a new dvd, but imgburn tells me it will burn a region 3 dvd, which is not what I want. I thought ripped dvds have no region code.
Attached to my TV is an android settop box. It can play mp4, but how can I have switchable subtitle? Also have xbox 360, does it help?
Another method I thought of is to play on my old laptop with dvd drive and switch the region to 3. However, the old laptop only has VGA output and my TV only has HDMI input.
What then is the best/easiest way to watch the region 3 dvd on my TV?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Decrypt it with a real decrypter. If DVD Decrypter won't do it, then DVD Fab. Then burn to disk using ImgBurn
