Encode your videotrack only then mux the new videofile and your PCM S16 LE audio with MkvToolNix to mkv
How to fix.
Purpose is to decrease music live video mkv format from 20GB to 10GB with minimum music sound loss.
What is there so specific why PCM S16 LE audio can't be copied direct to output video?
VidCoder 5.13 (based on Handbrake 1.3.0)
Original mkv video audio audio PCM S16 LE 48000kHz, 16 bit Stereo 1536 kbps
VidCoder forced output to A52 48000 kHz 224 kbps.
Is it possible to split audio before VidCoder and rejoin after video compression?
How?
Or if conversion, then which is best format for music quality, while maintaining format compatibility with conventional audio video players?

Encode your videotrack only then mux the new videofile and your PCM S16 LE audio with MkvToolNix to mkv
Load the full video file (video & audio) and uncheck the video track
Start MkvToolNix gui, drag and drop your videofile into, in the bottom frame you see the single tracks with a check mark. Uncheck the video track.
Done.
Thanks a lot.
It's a shame I didn't notice this option myself.
I guess the UID error is normal, since there can be only one UID in output.

matroska_reader: Could not keep the track UID 2 because it is already allocated for the new file.
