Can you help me to download this video? To watch it you need to have an IP from Austria. I have tried multiple VPNs but there is no way.

You need a VPN with Austrian Servers or an Austrian Elite Proxy or a Friend in Austria. That's your choice.

I tried MediathekView, a lot of VPN extensions for Mozilla and Chrome, VPN programs like hide.me, ExpressVPN, NordVPN, TigerVPN..., and I haven't friends in Austria.

Yes, I know it. I used it but it is not sufficient: the notification "this video can only be seen in Austria" also appears, and so with all the VPNs I've tried.

The video stream url in your first post, are you sure there are three dots before ditta?
I can tell you that
hideallip
has a Austria choice. For those countries that hideallip serves (as in this Austria video), I have never seen it fail. You can download the free trial (good for 2 days). I suggest you create a Windows system restore point (just takes a minute) before you install any type of vpn. That way you can restore your computer if there are any problems as a result of having installed the vpn type software. I would try to download it for you, but I'm not sure the original stream url should have the 3 dots. Let me know if that stream url you gave is supposed to have the 3 dots.

the forum software mangled the url. the mangled url still seem to work. the unmangled url is

the ORF site seem have very effective geo protection. they might use whitelisting or ip range testing and the like.

it might take a vpn that offers a dedicated ip in austria. i could get no vpn to work on the ORF. even trying several paid vpns.

I ask for your help again to find a VPN which could allow me to download/watch videos from a Japanese website. It also doesn't work with any of the VPNs I've tried, even hideallip. Registration is required to view the videos, but it is not a paid website. I provide you my username and password on the website, in case someone wants to help me, and a video example.

But the video does not play
