Can anyone help me download off CTV/CBC ?

I'm on my old laptop at the moment and cannot access my normal tools. I tried re-installing some of the old programs I had which successfully downloaded videos off CTV but none are working on my Vista as it seems something is missing from the computer it must have occurred years back. Can anyone please help me download this? I would greatly appreciate it.

If it easier to access CBC then you can find the full show is on CBC. Again i tried using youtube_dl but had no luck.

Whether it's the full show or just the video either would be SO appreciated as I do not have access to my main computer and it will prob be a while before I do sadly due to the pandemic.

How were you able to get the encrypted video? I have plugin to decrypt it.
