    Please could you recommend some software, free or paid, to capture full screen video on Windows 10? There are lots of applications out there, so was wondering which would you use?
    I would like to capture high quality TV output to MP4/H264

    Not bad for a bare-minimum, introductory newbie app (which most MS gratis apps are).

    If your needs go beyond this, go with OBS.
