  1. I have recently created a VCD that is usable in my DVD player. The only drawback is that the image is very pixelated and the DVD player does not always recognize the CD. It only recognizes it about 1 of every five times. I was curious to as if anyone had any suggestions on improving DVD player compatability and if the kind of media I use (CD-R,CD-RW or even various brands of media) have anything to do with it.
    Thanks,
    Michael

  2. Media is'nt so important, here's some tips for a better vcd:
    1)check "DVD Players" for compatibility.
2)burn at 2x or less to reduce pixelation.
3)Download a vcd player for your computer from "Tools"(i.e. i-vcd player)
to check quality of your vcd.

  3. Idisagree. Media is important. I found that some of the greenish media gave me problems. I now use PNY and 99 minute Cdr's from CompUSA with NO problems
