  1. I would like to change the fps of a mkv video to 25 fps without recompressing it and at the same time change the speed of the audio to 25 fps (23.976 to 25). I have tried it with UsEac3To but it generates an error:

Was asked to modify track 2: to 25.000, but the original FPS is not supported. <ERROR>
The original fps is 23.976 (23976/1000).

Is it possible to do this process without having to use several programs?

  2. Try adding custom command to override automatic detection of source fps: -23.976

  3. This other error comes up constantly.

Decoding with DirectShow (Nero Audio Decoder 2)

Getting "Nero Audio Decoder 2" instance failed.
MKV toolnix can only convert video fps. Is there a program that changes video and audio fps automatically?

  5. Incredible. You´re my hero, Thank you. I have a question, If it was 25fps to 23.976 what would you put instead of 0.95904?

  6. I was remembering the old timecode.txt ... now it no longer comes in mkvmerge ... options have improved

If it was 25fps to 23.976 what would you put instead of 0.95904? ..
    23.976 / 25.000 = 0.95904
    25.000 / 23.976 = 1.04270

Why do you want to change FPS in both video and audio?
Forget about changing the video, there's no reason for that.
Before start using UsEac3to, you will have to add a path for eac3to.
Get eac3to. Open UsEac3To, go to settings and add eac3to path.
After that, choose your audio file (you can dragg it directly into the program) and then write this CL in the text box:
    %_.ac3 -384 -23.976 -changeTo25.000 -2pass
You only have to change the audio codec (ac3) bitrate (384) and the appropriate FPS.
Finally click the button RUN CL

  8. Thanks VideoPT, but I need the video to work at 25 fps too. I've tried what you say but it still gives the same error.

Was asked to modify track 2: to 25.000, but the original FPS is not supported. <ERROR>
With the sekininsha solution I have enough. Thank you guys.
