  1. long ago i hard encoded subtitles to a movie but i did the encoding in a bad way and the movie is pixelated and there are some scenes in which there are pixels in the whole screen

    is it possible to fix this file and remove the pixels without having to reencode the movie? i have moviavi video converter 20 premium. can i use it to fix the video or i need to use another software?

    No. Even if you smooth the blocks and reencode it won't look much better. You'll get a blurry mess instead of of a blocky mess..

    You will have to re-encode the original movie with a decent bitrate.
