Modifying MPD File to Download Decrypted Version of Encrypted Video

hello I'm a new member here,

I just figuring out how to download enrypted video until I found someone's post on a forum said

that we can download decrypted version of encrypted DRM video by replacing the encryption key in mpd file then download the modified mpd file with ytbe-dl or ffmpeg

is it true? if yes, where should I put the encryption key in mpd file?

I thought it was, then I tried to decode widevine pssh box in base64 decoder and found the key id with hex 128bit format which I think its an encryption key

am I right? if yes, where should I put the key?
