  1. i have 2 video mkv 1920x1080 and can't play this video with my preferred player PotPlayer.
    VLC play this video without problem. PP not.
    why?

    and i have find simple string to covert mkv to mp4 with ffmpeg: conversion is superfast but on play with PP the new file mp4 i have same result: can't play...
    i use this: ffmpeg -i example.mkv -c copy example.mp4

    but not work!

  2. also i have try to convert with no audio (not important for me) with:
    ffmpeg -i example.mkv -c copy -an example.mp4
    and same result: don't play with PP....

    also try to change video render on PP but nothing work...

  3. Potplayer probably doesn't have the video codec you need. Or maybe it's disabled.

    PP don't have codec? mmmm.... and disable? i don't have change nothing... where should i look for this thing?

    here my report on html from MediaInfo. if you preferred on other format, or you want original html file, let me know

    i have latest version of PP 200317 (1.7.21147)

    i have find and installed codec packs of LAV filters (portable version LAVFilters-0.74.1-x64.zip)
    from videohelp:

    installed this packs, all work correctly with PP.
