Merging url video and url audio

I have two separeted URL links (URL VIDEO and URL AUDIO).
I would like a single URL combined link.
Is there any way to bring them together for only one URL link?

since you didn't provide the full example url's, in general..
to merge the seperate video and audio files into a container with ffmpeg, you can use the following command:

ffmpeg -i videofile.mp4 -i audiofile.m4a -c copy output_name.mkv

if you want an app with GUI, see MkvToolNix, which is on videohelp.com .. (to combine different audio/video/subtitle streams into a one .mkv container ...)
it is quite easy to use app, i use it all the time to modify and remove unnecessary audio tracks etc. from existing MKV video files ..
