TsMuxer shortening video portion of M2TS file

I'm having an odd issue I can't seem to workaround despite trying several hours to search various forum tips and softwares, etc. My initial problem was trying to combine a 4K disc back-up into one long M2TS file because they split the movie up into several of them, I cannot get Atmos when streaming from my PC using MKV but I can when I stream M2TS files so MKV works great for backing up movies with any version of dts including X, but "audio stream not recognized" when using Atmos-movies and so far seems to be no good option outside of buying an Oppo which aren't affordable. My Sony X800 doesn't recognize Atmos over MKV.

Anyway, I have 12TB storage so I try and back-up my most watched discs so they're easy to stream, this one has been bugging me because some movies have 10+ segments and it's annoying to watch a movie that way. There is a separate issue with TrueHD but I know I can try and rebuild it later on extracting that separately using the MPLS with ClownBD into a THD+ac3 file and remuxing, but this current issue I've definitely narrowed down to just TsMuxer.

The first segment of the new 4K disc of The Phantom Menace is 00055.m2ts, it plays perfectly when I stream just that file from USB stick. When I try and play the TsMuxer'd version, with no other conversions and/or with TrueHD removed, instead of a 2m02s video file I get a super choppy 1m47s file and the audio which plays fine is super out of sync by that amount (15s) just after 1m47 playing time. The video jumps every couple of seconds. I've looked at the mediainfo of the 00055.m2ts file before and after using TsMuxer (selecting frame=24/1001 or not doesn't seem to make a lick of difference) and I noticed something peculiar, the maximum peak bandwidth of the file that doesn't play properly is WAY lower than the original M2TS file. Any ideas?

It almost seems like it's trying to mux everything to within a BD standard disc for BD25 or BD50, I don't see any options to stop this. I mean, losing 20s sync in just 2 mins, pretty big concern. Almost like watching an Eddie Murphy movie on network tv lol.
