    i have two videos that id like to show side by side

    they are in hd avi at the moment

    any sw out there that you'd recommend to achieve this please?

    it's to show a comparison - still in hd

    If you're doing a simple side by side, TMPGenc Mastering Works can do it in timeline mode.
