    Would like to know how fast the Panasonic DVD R31 spins CDR's.

    Or if you know tha maximum reliable bitrate that the player can get off an xVCD that would be great.

    max bitrate for those machines is around 2.6 mbps...you would have to do some short CBR test to be exact..my neighbor's usually has no problem with 2.75 mbps
