Splitting only a part of a Video.

Hello,

i'm using the free VSDC. I just want to cut out part of the video. Maybe just a circular spot. So not rectangular. So don't just cut it. By that I mean, for example, cutting out a tree in the video.
My english is not so good. I hope you will understand.

For example: I take a videoin the kitchen. I pour milk into a saucepan. But I want the milk not to end up in the pot. It looks, that the Pot is empty. All I have to do is frame the pot. Only the pot. Not a square frame. Just klick the frame i want. Only the pot. And how can I do it at VSDC.
