actually it fails for some reason with the audio,the log does not say why...
well,it says invalid argument

i downloaded both manually with youtube-dl.exe commandline and muxed them together with ffmpeg, works fine, but not with your gui.

"SecureAge APEX", and "Sophos ML" removed their false detection
now PyIDM.exe has zero false positive with zero detection by 73 engines on virus total, link below,

you are doing nothing wrong, just click on the download
i could download it without any proxies,outside germany..
you dont have options for quality.. it will download 720p video with 192kbit AAC audio..

there's nothing to explain.. i added the url you pasted on pyidm ... waited for a while for it to fetch the information...
clicked on download,and it downloaded it... and i am outside germany..
maybe you should see the log of pyidm to see the possible error messages..

I think this problem is not related to PyIDM but it is a network problem

When the script is working you'll see "POBIERZ VIDEO" in the top left corner of the video. After clicking it a new tab will open with video and subtitle links and options to download (POBIERZ), copy (KOPIUJ) and open (OTWÓRZ).

JDownloader manages to get links (most/all video qualities and sizes) via clipboard from for example The Stream Detector, but pyIDM doesn't seem to do it. It catches the link, but can't find video streams.

A word of warning about jDownloader - its installer might have adware. I suppose that's why it's not present on videohelp. I managed to install it clean anyway. There's a frequently updated portable version on github made by EIGHTFINITE, but I haven't tried it.

Oh! This is not good, i think i messed the name extension in this version, as a temporary workaround you can wait until video quality list finish loading and then choose whatever quality you want again (example: mp4-1080-) and it will add the extension to the name

you can add extension manually to the name field, just make sure video name has the right extension in name field before clicking download button,

your prog is very wonderfully made, but i have little request to add one feature to your next version: add pause to each single download.
if i have one list of video file, we have stop all and resume all.
sometime some video are 1 GB or more, if i have list, all video download they stop...

There is already buttons for individual items
In below screenshot
the top left buttons for single item resume / stop / delete
The buttons at top right are for all items, like resume all/stop all/ delete all, and so on
If this not what you need please let me know
