In Firefox press Ctrl-Shift-Del and delete whole or recent history including cookies and cache.
If you do not want to delete browser cache, then open Private Browsing Tab by pressing Ctrl-Shift-P.
Also when using embedded IExplorer browser - pressing Ctrl-Shift-Del in TubeDigger will clear IE cache.

And perhaps you may need to add TubeDigger's application folder
(e.g. "C:\Program Files (x86)\TubeDigger") to your antivirus exclusion list.
Reset Windows Firewall, reboot your computer and reinstall TubeDigger.
