can't download m3u8 - geo restriction?

Hi.
I want to download m3u8 video on my shell account but I cannot bypass geo restrictions.

m3u8 looks like this:

I can download it without problems on my home PC. But I'd like to download the video on my shell account (faster internet) but I don't know how to bypass geo restrictions (I presume it causes the problem).

I cannot use VPN on my shell.

And the reason why you do not tell us where you can access this url without geo restriction is ... ? Shall we guess where it is available or what? I'm guessing it is in Poland? With a Polish VPN it is not working. Probably you need a referer url or something like that. You can try youtube-dl. Try to find a proxy or try youtube-dl --geo-bypass-country PL.
