Lossless cutting of mov files

I often do lossless cutting all sorts of video files. Depending on the file I use Solveig Video Splitter, Avidemux, or asfbinwin. However, none of them seem to work for mov files. The one that gets closest is Solveig: It opens the mov files and displays the preview correctly, but the navigation doesn't work. How can I do this with mov files? If possible at all, I would like to be able to do it with one of these three programs (maybe changing a setting or something). If not possible, I will also be happy to try another program (hopefully a free one).

This can be done by with my smart FFMpeg gui, Cut section.
Cuts are made on I-Frames only.

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately I've realized that I described the problem very poorly, so the solution you provided didn't work. Not your fault, of course. In the meantime, I have found a solution for the actual problem. That means that this thread has become quite useless. Maybe a moderator should delete it. Sorry about that.
