    Is there a tool that can bulk convert mp3 to a video format?

    MP3 is normally an audio format, do you mean to add it to a video track and if so, what format of video or image sequence do you want to combine it with?

    I just want them converted into a video format so I can upload them to a video host. Any image is fine
