Hi all, I'm trying to resolve a video issue with Kodi. I've seen others describe a similar problem but the solutions don't seem to work for me.
I'm trying to play video off my PC connected via HDMI (local storage only). Playing either SD or HD on VLC the video looks great as always. Playing the same content via Kodi is smooth but there's considerable noise. Like how older HDTVs used to look when you stood too close to SD content. Pixelated and blotchy.
It's an HP laptop using an Intel Pentium processor. I don't want to mess with the video card because it's clearly a Kodi issue. I've tried looking at Kodi's video settings to no avail (I'm also using v18.5 which doesn't have all the settings I've seen mentioned on older versions).
Help please!
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!
