HI,
I'm looking for a USB TV Tuner for all Regions (ATSC, DTMB, DVB-T/DVB-T2, and ISDB-T) that i can connect to my Android 10 Phone. Does something like this even exist?

I don't think such a product exists.
It is very rare for a TV tuner to support more than one digital TV broadcast system, except within the same family. For example, I have seen multiple TV tuners that can tune DVB-T, DVB-T2 and DVB-C and many TV tuners that can tune ATSC and clear QAM. However, I've only seen one USB TV tuner that supports more than one digital TV broadcast system family, the ATI Theater™ HD 750 USB TV Tuner (TVW750USB). It could tune ATSC/Clear-QAM and DVB-T but only had drivers available for Windows.Last edited by usually_quiet; 4th Jan 2020 at 21:11. Reason: Correct a typo

Google is a amazing thing. -
This is only a DVB-T2 tuner.
There are multiple TV broadcast systems: http://en.dtvstatus.net/
I'm looking for an 5in1 USB Dongle.

If it exists, it would be the side of the brick as each standard would require it's own chipset.

Okay...a thin brick.
I may be wrong, but another factor to the difficulty making an all in one device is that the broadcast frequency is different for each of the systems. So you'd need to switch antennas for each system. May as well switch dongles. Think UHF vs VHF antennas.
Again, I may be wrong, but I seem to recall that the reason that multi-band GSM phones exist is because a longer antenna can receive the signal from a higher frequency that's an exact multiple. So quad-band GSM phones have two antennas, one for 1900/850Mhz and one for 1800/900Mhz.Last edited by lingyi; 4th Jan 2020 at 23:46.

The funny thing is, that you can find a lot of all in one Antennas for this but no tuner.

It isn't surprising that such antennas are possible. All terrestrial DTV systems operate within the UHF and VHF frequency bands, so a universal antenna need only be able to intercept RF signals within those ranges. Different countries use different types of connectors to attach antennas to TVs and other equipment that tune DTV signals but adapters do exist for them.
