    Well I normally view this site with a different browser but just for a giggle I fired up Chrome.

    And just like others I see no such graphic. Right click on it and check its properties.

    In win 10,have a look in Reliability History and see if there are any entries relevant to the situation.The quickest way is to start tpying reliability into the search box.
