I have a problem...I barely started to use a computer. A friend of mine has a few downloaded movie as a mpeg4 we tried to copy it unto a cd doesnt work we need a program who allows to decrypt it or what. His cd-burner does not have vcd option so we downloaded VCDeasy who does not accept anything but mpeg(1) then I tried TMPGenc( I went to website...) does not seem it accepts/convertmpeg 4. I was told mpeg4 is very new and the image quality is much better please HELP I have been trying to find a solution for the last few days and I am getting pretty upset now
Preferably free software.

Also How can I download faster...any good idea with step by step??
