VLC player Audio breaking up on Windows 10

Movie recorded from Free to air TV.
MPEG TS HD 1920 x 1080
Audio AC-3 6 Channel.
When played using VLC on windows 10 (two different Computers)
The Audio (Dialogue) is breaking up badly.
When played on Android Phone using VLC the Audio is perfect.
Please does anyone know what may be causing this ??

Not VLC, or Win10. Ac3 plays perfectly fine on vlc win10 x64 v3.08 for me.

Driver issue, corruption, incomplete update, intervening other codecs...

there its some parts where i cant hear sound with vlc and win10.

using pot player sounds fine also in win10
