Hi. Can someone help me to editing and play this video?

It's recorded from tv oled philips. I see on mediainfo some info that is a normal
video file, but I havent find a good method to open it or edit it.

I dont have seen that were encrypted.....there are some other file with the video
and have the extension .pvr and .rfi
