annie can also be used on the command line for bilibili, though for 720/1080 qualities you'll need newer appkey= and corresponding sign= values.

for all items in playlist;
annie -p https://www.bilibili.com/bangumi/play/ep131916

to select items;
annie -p -items 2 https://www.bilibili.com/bangumi/play/ep131916

(replace "2" will other "items" value as needed)

only -f 16 is lower...
