    got some DV stream edited in iMovie and trying to export it into quicktime full screen option (the highest quality one). Have done a lot of export back to DV without any problem. But this time, the export stops at 9 min 26.16 seconds after I tried it five times. The imovie project is 27mins long and I have 35GB space left in the HD, should be plenty. Any clue?

    I got it, it's the filesystem issue of my external FW drive. I reformat it into HFS+. Now it works great!
